Message	the stock pump is very powerful and so you really need a good pump to be better.. (but i wouldn't) this might help... but the pump is in the tank and I've no idea how hard it is to swap them over in the housing. [ http://www.pexcom.com.au/z32cms/e107_plugins/content/content.php?content.367 ] I have replaced mine (with a newer one) and that wasn't fun... getting the hoses off and back on (but there was nothing wrong with my old one).
